Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EcoStamp, a digital loyalty card platform for businesses. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

  • EcoStamp lets businesses create digital loyalty cards, share them by QR code, track stamps and rewards, and manage customer relationships. Customers use their phone — no app to install.

2. Free trial

  • New businesses get a 10-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • At the end of the trial, access is restricted until a paid plan is chosen. Once subscribed, billing begins at the chosen plan price.

3. Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
  • Yearly plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Prices are in CHF and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

5. Data handling

  • You (the business) own your customer data. EcoStamp acts as a data processor on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' data and for responding to their privacy requests.

6. Acceptable use

  • No fake or misleading businesses.
  • No unsolicited messaging (spam), no illegal activity, no attempt to compromise the service or other users.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoStamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction is the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
